An introduction, followed by the business’s own decision
The referral helps Prime Halal understand who may need guidance. It does not replace an application or certification assessment.
- 1The referrer submits basic business information.
- 2Prime Halal reviews the enquiry.
- 3Prime Halal contacts the referred business with consent.
- 4The business receives information about a suitable certification pathway.
- 5The business may create its own application.
- 6Certification proceeds through review, audit where required, corrective actions and an authorised decision.
A referral is not a certification application and does not guarantee certification.
The referred business must provide and confirm its own information.
Prime Halal will not make certification claims before approval.
Certificate issuance requires an authorised certification decision.
Introduce a business with its consent
Provide enough information for an initial follow-up. The referred business remains responsible for any later enquiry or application.
Privacy and confidentiality
Prime Halal collects only information reasonably required to assess and follow up a referral. Do not submit confidential recipes, formulas, supplier evidence or certification documents through this public form. Detailed evidence must be provided later through an approved secure channel.
